Let me introduce myself, I am Emily and I have always loved dogs. I grew up in Glossop and moved to Salford to avoid a long commute to work in Old Trafford. I have recently moved to Broadbottom and really enjoy being back. We have had dogs in the family for most of my life, but whilst I was in my previous career I was unable to have my own dog as I didn't want to leave them all day. This sparked my inspiration for the career change I was looking for. The prospect of walking dogs for a living was the key to me handing in my notice, leaving my job and relocating.
Having moved into my home with a garden, it provided the perfect opportunity to get my own dog. I am now the proud mum of Evie the cocker spaniel.
I had worked in the events industry for over 15 years and I wanted to change my lifestyle and career direction. My love of dogs gave the perfect inspiration for my new life. I want to spend my time providing love and exercise for your furry best friends whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Cheshire and Derbyshire. I am honest, hardworking and trustworthy. I will look after your dogs as though they are my own. I offer the option of group or solo walks for your furry best friends. Group walks offer excellent social interaction and solo walks allow for dedicated attention on your dog.
I am passionate about providing a safe, reliable and trustworthy service for each client and a fun, social, interesting and energetic walk for each dog.
I have experience of a variety of dogs and I have also been on a husky sledding adventure in Norway and Sweden. I was responsible for the care, safe running, security, feeding and providing lots of cuddles to 6 Alaskan huskies.
I brought Evie home on the weekend before the Covid lockdown began. I was frequently spotted carrying Evie around the area to get her used to the noises, smells and environment. As soon as she was able to go for walks, we have been exploring together.
